1. Where we ship
Zora currently ships orders within the United States. Available destinations and methods are shown at checkout based on your address.
2. Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.
3. Shipping rates and free shipping
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies for USA orders only. International orders are charged at actual shipping cost, calculated at checkout.
4. Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and selected method. Estimates shown at checkout are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and peak seasons can affect transit times.
5. Address accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. Address changes after shipment may not be possible.
6. Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears lost, email support@tryzora.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
7. Professional / clinic orders
Orders placed through the Professional Portal may use clinic shipping preferences or provider pricing terms. Any special fulfillment notes will be confirmed with your order communication.
