If Zora is not right for you, you may return unused product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price.

How to start a return. Email support@tryzora.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.
