Email our support team at support@tryzora.com within 30 days of delivery. 

We’ll send you simple instructions and details to follow. The only cost required of you is to return the shoes for inspection.  Once approved, a full refund for the price of the shoe will be refunded to the original card used for the purchase.

Once we receive your returned pair, we’ll issue a full refund for the original cost of the shoe.  Return shipping cost is your responsibility.
